Poached Pear Sunday

Yes, I named it Poached Pear Sunday because the first time I made it was on a Sunday.  

I poached the pears in mango juice because, well I love mangoes, and nothing is weirder than a pear tasting like a mango; it confuses people.

I added some other stuff while poaching the pear. to make it extra special, but I'm not telling you;  I'm sure you didn't come here for the recipes. You just like to look at nice food pictures.

Ps.
