Melon Bouqet

This is not the type of bouquet brides throw at their weddings, but if you're hosting a dinner party, this is the type of bouquet you throw in the mix to get your guests talking about something beautiful.

Cut melons into bite size cubes, pluck a few grapes off their branches, and a handful of fresh mint leaves. Pass all of them through bamboo skewers, grapes first, mint next, then melon cubes ( put the skewers diagonally through the edges of the cubes)

Simple enough.

Make a handful of these... and sprinkle generously with sugar.

Serve immediately.
